1998 National League Champions!

The National Division Championship game was between defending champion, Plain Wrap and the T.O. Dodgers. Plain Wrap took the field and managed to get three quick outs, however they could not score until the third inning by which time the T.O. Dodgers had scored five runs on three home runs hit by Mark Sherman, Al Sanderson & Brian Fattur. Tighe Curran pitched the complete game to victory despite giving up home runs to Andy Hodgins & Marco Contreras of Plain Wrap. Al Sanderson hit a second home run later in the game for the T.O. Dodgers making the final score T.O. Dodgers 7 and Plain Wrap 5. This is the Fourth Championship in a row for team manager, Dirk Deem who moved his team up a division each of the last three years and now he has won a championship in every division!
