2006 Las Vegas Open
Cudas are Back to Back Champions

Teams from all over the country gathered in Las Vegas over the 2006 Memorial Day weekend, and for the FOURTH Year in a Row the tournament was again won by a team from the Pacific Coast Baseball League.
The 2006 Vegas Open Tournament was won again by the Barracudas, same as they did in 2005.

The Triple A Division Barracudas traveled to Las Vegas as the defending Champs for the annual NABA Las Vegas  Memorial Day Open Tournament.

The Cudas represented the PCBL extremely well ending with a 5-0 record and defeated the California Giants by a score of 9-1 in the Tournament Championship Game.

Congrats to James DuPrey and Kjavik Mahone as coaches and the rest of the Cudas on bringing home just another tournament championship for the PCBL!
Notables: Eric Melara awarded Championship Game MVP honors, coming through with clutch hitting and five RBI's in the Championship Game.
